What is the age limit to purchase Tesla Mezcal?
You must be at least 21 years old to purchase.

When will I receive my Tesla Mezcal?
Orders will begin shipping in 1-3 weeks.

Is there a maximum purchase quantity for Tesla Mezcal?
Yes. Purchases of Tesla Mezcal are limited to 10 sets per person while supplies last.

Is shipping included with my purchase?
Yes, shipping is included with purchase.

Will my order arrive before 12/25/2024?
Your order will begin shipping 1-3 weeks after your order date and is not guaranteed to arrive in time for the holidays.

Where is Tesla Mezcal available for purchase?
Due to industry regulations, shipments can only be made to the US and within select zip codes in the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Washington D.C. and Wisconsin.

Do I need to be home when my Tesla Mezcal arrives?
Someone 21 years of age or older must be available to sign for any alcohol orders. Packages containing alcohol will not be left on doorsteps and delivery will be attempted three times total. Tesla Mezcal cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, military bases or forwarding locations. We strongly recommend ordering to a residence or place of work where someone may be available throughout the day. If all three delivery attempts are missed, a $40 reship fee will be charged if the customer requests delivery again. Tesla Mezcal is fulfilled by Speakeasy Co., which uses multiple shipping carriers depending on the customer’s region.

Are returns and/or refunds available for Tesla Mezcal?
All sales are final. Tesla does not offer refunds on Tesla Mezcal purchases. Refunds and replacements may be provided in the event of any products that are damaged or defective. Each bottle is hand-blown and expected to have signs of its unique artisanship. All requests for refunds or replacements are handled directly by Speakeasy Co.

What company will be shown for the charge on my credit card once purchased?
The charges within your credit card account for Tesla Mezcal will show from Speakeasy Co.
